Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the destination country to always provide you with the most cost-effective shipping option. Calculate the shipping costs for your current shopping cart to your destination country using the shipping cost calculator.

Within Europe, shipping is free for orders over €299.

Please note that shipping costs are always determined based on the delivery destination, not the billing address.

Please note that import VAT (Value Added Tax) may apply for certain countries. Additional fees may also be charged by local authorities.

Shipping logistics

We work with various shipping providers to ensure that your order arrives quickly and reliably:

Within Germany:
- We ship products with a shipping weight of less than 31.5 kg via DHL. Packages with a shipping weight of more than 31.5 kg are shipped via GLS. These carriers provide reliable delivery and allow you to track your shipment online.
Within Europe:
- For deliveries within Europe, we use GLS. GLS offers fast and secure deliveries to most European countries and also provides shipment tracking.
Outside Europe:
- For international shipments outside Europe, we work with GLS and FedEx so that your order arrives quickly, even over long distances. Here too, you have the option of tracking your shipment online.

By collaborating with these experienced shipping providers, we ensure that your order reaches you safely and on time, no matter where you are located.

In the case of freight shipping, the shipping company will typically arrange an individual delivery date with you. For this, we require you to provide a phone number during the order process. For deliveries via freight shipping (both within and outside Germany) — i.e., larger systems packed on a disposable pallet — delivery is made to the curbside (property boundary). The customer is responsible for further transport. The disposable pallet remains with the customer and should be disposed of via household waste or a recycling center.

Items in stock are shipped within one business day. The current availability is indicated on our website. Please note that for orders paid via “prepayment,” shipping will only occur once the payment has been received in our account.

Payment Methods

Credit card

You can pay conveniently and securely with your credit card in our online shop. We accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard. Please select the appropriate card during the purchase process and enter the required data in the fields provided.

The credit card data are transmitted encrypted via SSL. You can recognize this by the "https" in the address bar of your browser on the payment pages. This means that your purchase by credit card is very safe with us.

The 3D-Secure credit card security procedure is used to increase the security of credit card payments. This procedure is called Verified by VISA for VISA cards and MasterCard Secure Code for MasterCard cards. If your credit card is 3D Secure-enabled, you will be automatically forwarded to your bank's website. There you can confirm the transaction by entering your personal SecureCode and your password. If you have not yet registered your credit card for the 3D Secure procedure, you can do so as part of the payment process. After the 3D-Secure authentication you will be automatically redirected to the shop.

In the case of returns, the corresponding amount will be credited to the debited credit card.

Apple Pay

What is Apple Pay? Apple Pay is Apple’s digital payment service, allowing you to pay securely, easily, and quickly in online stores—at no extra cost.

The shipping method Pickup in 75056 Sulzfeld can be selected to reserve goods online and then pick them up in our shop in Eisingen and pay locally. Payment is either in cash or by debit card.
