The Econik FOUR was extensively tested by the online magazine "HiFi-IFAs" and impressed editor Bernd Weber:
"With their first compact active loudspeaker Econik FOUR, Berthold Daubner and Jens Hörmann have created an interesting concept of wireless WiSA loudspeakers. Using a stereo hub, nine different sound presets and frequency calibration, the sound can be easily adapted to the home environment and personal listening tastes. The reproduction of voices and instruments is not trained for the last shred of resolution, but for a pleasant listening experience that is also enjoyable for longer. Basically, the Econik FOUR are transparent in the high frequencies and are pleasantly and naturally tuned. The sound is lively and lively with good timing, and the rich foundation is also convincing. This is complemented by a large, seamless stage that extends credibly beyond the compact speakers."
